CANCELLATION POLICY

Member:
In order for us to provide CVMIC's members with the best possible program results and in order to fulfill all requests to attend our programs (from our members and non-members alike), a minimum 72 hour cancellation notice is required so adjustments can be made in a timely, cost effective manner (ie: classroom size, caterers, speakers and program supplies). To cancel your program reservation, contact Diane Schillaci by phone at 262-784-5666 ext. 4101. You may also cancel via e-mail at dms@cvmic.com. Thank you for your cooperation.

Non-Member:
In order for Cities & Villages Mutual Insurance Co. to fulfill all requests (from our non-members and members alike) to attend our programs, and also manage our programs in a cost effective manner (ie: caterers, speakers, program supplies), we will charge an administration fee* to all non-members for program cancellations up to one week prior to the program date. Cancellations received less than one week prior to the program date will not be refunded. In fairness to all attendees, participants who do not attend their scheduled program will be held liable for the entire program fee. To cancel your program reservation, contact Diane Schillaci by phone at 262-784-5666 ext. 4101. You may also cancel via e-mail at dms@cvmic.com.

*A $15 cancellation fee will be charged for all 1/2 day programs and a $25 cancellation fee will be charged for all full-day programs.
Multi-day programs will be charged a $25 per-day fee.
