SUMMARY:FLSA (Virtual)
DESCRIPTION:Description: \nOver the past two-plus years\, public sector employers have seen a significant increase in attention from state and federal agencies overseeing wage and hour laws\, such as the United States Department of Labor and the Department of Workforce Development. This increased attention is here to stay for the foreseeable future with an upcoming federal election and with overturn of prior administrations fully complete at relevant state and federal agencies.
