As new leaders take on new responsibilities public speaking may become a skill that a leader must be comfortable with. With the right preparation and practice\, public speaking is a skill that can be mastered. \nAfter attending this program participants will be able to: \n\nUnderstand the value of public speaking and explore applications for professional use\nEffectively prepare for public speaking opportunities\nUtilize and evaluate successful public speaking strategies after practicing with peers\n\nThis program will help create the skills and practice time needed to begin improving public speaking skills. Leaders can remove (or improve) public speaking anxiety by focusing on public speaking as a structured process.
