DESCRIPTION:Non-Member Fee: $100 \nIf you would like to register for this training\, please log into Neogov to access Learn. Once in Learn\, search this course within the Course Catalog\, select the class instance and hit “Enroll”. \nCVMIC will provide a continental breakfast and lunch as part of the training day.  \nIf you have food allergies or if you are not interested in the provided food\, refrigerator and freezer space are available for any food you wish to bring. \nEmployees who work in traffic face many hazards. The more they understand and apply work zone traffic control techniques the safer they will be. \nThis program will be an informational session with practical application exercises. \nThis program will cover: \n-Application of MUTCD guidelines \n-Placement of signs and warning devices \n-Appropriate distances for signs and cones \n-Closing of traffic lanes \n-Mobile vs. non-mobile work zones \n-Participants will be educated in work zone safety principles and guidelines. \nWe will also cover reasonable methods of applying these principles for the scenarios that city/village employees are likely to encounter. \nPresenter:\n\n \nFred Krablean \nSafety & Risk Management Specialist
