SUMMARY:Ethical Leader — ELM3D3 | Virtual

Ethical decision making is often an expectation of every employee; unfortunately\, we often discuss work-related ethical decisions only after there has been an unethical decision made. Formally\, leaders may discuss ethics during job interviews\, investigations\, and code of conduct policies. Informally\, leaders may cover ethics during meetings\, performance-related communication\, and when making job-related decisions. Ultimately\, leaders are responsible for creating and maintaining an ethical culture on the job. \nAfter attending this program participants will be able to: \n\nDefine and analyze ethical situations in the workplace\nUtilize ethical problem-solving tools to think ethically\nCreate an ethical culture on the job\n\nThis program will help increase a leader’s ability to think and act ethically. Unethical decisions often result in significant consequences and this program looks to (re)establish the ethical expectations of all employees.
