Effective leaders require the ability to negotiate and influence the key stakeholders around them; unfortunately\, negotiation and influence is a skill that is rarely trained or discussed. \nAfter attending this program participants will be able to: \n\nUnderstand the principles of a successful negotiation\nAnalyze current stakeholders and influencers within their own organization\nPractice negotiating in order to build lasting influence skills\n\nThis program will provide leaders a space to analyze and practice their own negotiation skills.
