Municipal leaders and employees work hard every day to manage public resources responsibly, operate within tight budgets, and serve their communities with integrity. Protecting assets, supporting employees, and maintaining public trust are critical priorities and often require balancing efficiency with accountability.

Join us for an engaging virtual session focused on practical ways to reduce risk and protect municipal resources. Learn how to identify common vulnerabilities, recognize early warning signs, and implement simple, effective prevention strategies, without creating a culture of suspicion.

This interactive program emphasizes real-world applications, respectful response strategies, and tools you can use right away in your organization.
