Description:

Join Attorney Kyle Gulya from von Briesen & Roper as he helps you navigate many recent legal developments occurring over the past year and learn about what issues are on the horizon for public-sector employers to consider.  From laws protecting new mothers to developments in arrest and conviction record discrimination law, this fast paced two hours will provide attendees with a helpful understanding of these legal developments to effectively manage employees and to position the supervisor for sound defense in the face of litigation.
