Join Us for an Engaging Dialogue!
We invite you to participate in a high-level discussion where we tackle tough questions and explore our own biases in a safe and respectful environment. Through side conversations, we'll delve into why we hold certain beliefs and how we can break patterns or better understand each other. Our goal is to build a safe space based on shared experiences, beliefs, and mutual respect.
During this program, we'll ask thought-provoking questions, and your responses will be based on your comfort level. After each section, we'll pause for an anonymous group discussion.
Interactive and Anonymous Participation
This program is designed to be interactive while maintaining participant anonymity. Please register in the Zoom link using your municipality email address, but do not use your legal first and last name. Instead, choose a fun name for interaction purposes while remaining anonymous.
Presenter:
Dani Patton
Dani joined Cities and Villages Mutual Insurance Company in October 2019 as an Employment Practices Liability Specialist. She came from a government position where she served her community in a Human Resources capacity for 4 ½ years. Before that, she was an HR Generalist for a private company for 4 years. Dani has her bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources, and is certified as a Diversity Professional (CDP). She is currently working towards obtaining IPMA-HR Senior Certified Professional certification.
