This event is designed to give participants practical knowledge and confidence in handling auto physical damage claims. By the end of the session, you will be able to:

  • Understand the difference between an auto physical damage claim and liability from an auto accident
  • Navigate the steps of a typical claim from start to finish
  • Avoid common mistakes after an auto accident
  • Recognize coverage types and how they impact your claim

Ann Marie Carini

CVMIC Liability & Auto Physical Damage Claims Adjuster

Ann Marie has been with CVMIC since 2016.  She was promoted to Liability & Auto Physical Damage Claims Adjuster in March 2022.  Prior to that, she handled medical-only Workers Compensation claims and other administrative duties to assist Work Comp Claims Specialists and Managers.  Previously, Ann Marie worked for the City of Milwaukee in licensing; in mental health care community programs and training; and in nonprofit communications, public relations, and media relations.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BA in Journalism.

Target Audience: Anyone involved in dealing with damage to member owned or leased vehicles.  Whether you manage fleets, report damage, enter accident info into CVMIC’s origami claims system, work with body shops to get your vehicles repaired after an accident, receive checks CVMIC sends out with appraisals, or oversee those who are in these roles, you can learn about the overall process of Auto Physical Damage Claims
