Great teams are created and then maintained. High-performing employees need to be continually challenged, developed, and engaged to keep teams running smoothly.
After attending this program participants will be able to:
- Explore and execute the steps of the stay interview process
- Implement a simplified gap analysis to identify employee needs
- Develop employees with technically sound training practices and methods
There are only two ways to have high-performing employees: hire them or train them. Program participants will learn how to engage their current employees and how to improve them.
