May 13, 2026

Free to CVMIC Members and non-members

Managing Stress in the Workplace is an interactive webinar designed to reframe how we understand stress and its impact on our bodies, minds, and work lives. Participants will explore the stress cycle, learn why stress is a natural and meaningful response, and identify practical strategies to complete the cycle and reduce long-term strain. Through evidence-based insights and reflection, attendees will develop tools to process stress more effectively and build healthier individual and team responses in the workplace.
