PRESENTER:
Jeff Schlueter, CVMIC Protective Services Risk Specialist

Jeff joined Cities and Villages Mutual Insurance Company in March of 2025. Prior to joining CVMIC, Jeff worked for over 29 years at the New London Police Department, serving in a variety of assignments and leadership roles. The last 15 ½ years, he served as the Police Chief. Prior to being Chief, he served NLPD as a patrol officer, field training officer, Lake Winnebago MEG drug detective, and night shift patrol sergeant. Jeff graduated from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, with a double major in Political Science and Law, Criminology and Deviance.
