Description: Homelessness and providing compassionate citizen service is an important initiative for municipalities. As municipal employees serve the public, we often struggle with how to best serve individuals who may be experiencing homelessness or exhibiting atypical behaviors.

Ryan Dowd, founder of Homeless Training, has partnered with CVMIC to provide a free online training to support Wisconsin municipalities. Many Wisconsin libraries have worked with Ryan’s team over the years and have shared the positive impact of this training.
