Employees face difficult situations throughout their career and having an engaged supporter is a powerful way to build strong relationships and organizational loyalty. Mentorship provides employees with an empowered confidant who is committed to providing support, advice, and a listening ear.
After attending this program participants will be able to:
- Establish the value of mentoring
- Create a mentoring program
- Develop mentoring skills through practice
This day will help establish the foundations of a mentoring program while giving participants the opportunity to practice practical mentoring skills.
